2. Products
We sell printed apparel and related products for gamers.
Product descriptions, images, colors and sizes are shown as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, product photography, production methods or fabric characteristics.
Please check the product description and size chart before placing your order.
3. Print-on-demand production
Most LastLifeGear products are printed on demand after your order is placed.
This means your item is produced specifically for your order. Production usually starts shortly after checkout.
Because our products are printed on demand, order cancellations are only possible if production has not started yet.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you confirm that all information you provide is complete and accurate.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious error, suspected fraud, payment issue, product availability issue or incorrect customer information.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or other payment options, depending on your location and availability.
Your payment method may be charged when you place your order. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments or other payment providers shown at checkout.
6. Shipping
Shipping times, costs and delivery details are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Because our products are printed on demand, production time and shipping time are separate.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on the way, if tracking is available.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Returns, refunds and money-back guarantee
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains when returns, refunds or replacements are available.
Fewer than 1% of orders use our 30-day money-back guarantee — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@lastlifegear.de and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
8. Product care
Care instructions may vary by product. Please follow the care instructions shown on the product page, product label or packaging.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing or handling.
9. Customer reviews
Customers may be able to submit product reviews.
By submitting a review, you confirm that your review is honest and based on your own experience. You grant us permission to display, reproduce and use your review in our store, marketing materials and related channels.
We may remove reviews that contain offensive content, spam, false information, personal data, unlawful content or content unrelated to the product.

Promotions may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has already been placed.
