Love your shirt or get your money back.

Fewer than 1% of our orders use our money-back guarantee — but if your shirt is damaged, defective, incorrect or simply not right for you, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@lastlifegear.de and include your order number.

If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue.

For U.S. customers, we currently do not provide prepaid return labels or a return address in the United States. Please contact us before sending anything back. In many cases, we can resolve the issue with a refund or replacement without requiring a return shipment.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
