1️⃣ How long does shipping take?
Our shirts are printed on demand after your order and shipped from our print partner.

Production time: 2–5 business days
Delivery time: depends on the destination and is shown during checkout.

2️⃣ Are there shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown automatically at checkout.

3️⃣ What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes S to 3XL for adult shirts and 116 to 164 for kids' shirts, depending on the product.

You can find the exact measurements in our size chart. For the best fit, measure one of your favorite shirts and compare it with the chart.

4️⃣ Can I exchange or return my shirt?
Yes. Returns are possible within 30 days, as long as the shirt is unworn and unwashed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will of course help with a replacement or refund.

5️⃣ Are the shirts pre-shrunk?
Yes. Our shirts, such as the Gildan 64000, are pre-shrunk to help reduce shrinking after washing.

6️⃣ What printing technique do you use?
We use DTG printing, which means the design is printed directly into the fabric.

The print feels soft, looks clean and is made for everyday wear.

7️⃣ How do I care for my shirt?
• Wash inside out
• Wash cold or at max. 86 °F / 30 °C
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry, or use a low setting only
• Do not iron directly on the design
